OPENLitePanel is IP-based

Licenses IP based license = Static/ Public IP of your server which never change even server restarted.

Migrating license to new IP not allowed. 

If you migrate to new server or perform any kind of IP change on the OPENLitePanel server, the OPENLitePanel license will be invalid.

In this case, you have to buy a new OPENLitePanel license.
